Spaces for Rent at The Trust Building

We have several rental options to fit the needs of your event.

Amenities Included With Your Space Rental

  • Tables
  • Chairs
  • Basic A/V equipment (podium, microphone, and set lighting)

 

Entire Building

Base Rental Fee up to 8 hours. Each additional hour is a rate of $250.

Rates

  • Monday- Thursday $2,500
  • Friday- Sunday $3,500

Great Hall

Base Rental Fee up to 6 hours. Each additional hour is a rate of $200.

The capacity for the Great Hall is 250 (seated) or 150 (banquet) and includes the Lobby and Green Room.

Rates

  • Monday-Thursday: $1,500
  • Friday-Sunday: $2,000

Black Box Theatre

Base Rental Fee up to 5 hours. Each additional hour is a rate of $100.

The capacity for the Black Box Theatre is 85 (fixed seating) and includes the Lobby and Green Room.

Rates

  • Monday-Thursday: $500
  • Friday-Sunday: $750

Square Halo Gallery

Base Rental Fee up to 3 hours. Each additional hour is a rate of $50.

The capacity for the Square Halo Gallery is 60 people.

Rates

  • Monday-Thursday: $150
  • Friday-Sunday: $300

Boardroom (Historic Space)

Base Rental Fee up to 3 hours. Each additional hour is a rate of $25.

The capacity for the Boardroom is 20 people. No food or beverage is allowed in the Boardroom.

Rate

  • Monday-Sunday: $150
Second floor meeting room.

 

Additional Personnel & Equipment Rates

Personnel

Personnel needs are determined by the Trust’s Event staff.

Hourly Rates

  • Monitor: $30
  • Sound/Lighting Technician: $35

*If choosing to use your own technician, a mandatory walk-through is required with our in-house technician. This ensures proper understanding of and integration with any Trust equipment that is used, and provides an opportunity for questions and clarification.

Hourly Rates

  • Housekeeping: $30
  • House/Stage Manager: $30

 

Equipment & Services

Flat-Rate Fees

  • Additional A/V Equipment: $300
  • Piano Tuning: $140

 

A-la-Carte Prices
