Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Trust building handicap-accessible?

Yes. The Trust is equipped with an elevator for convenient access to our second floor, which houses The Great Hall, The Board Room, and The Black Box Theatre. If you use a wheelchair and require companion seating, please let our Box Office know in advance so that we can easily accommodate you.

Are service animals permitted inside the Trust building?

Service animals, as outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are always welcome at The Trust Performing Arts Center. The ADA defines a service animal as an animal that has been trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Dogs or other animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

Where is the box office located?

There is a box office located at each venue. In person ticket purchases are available one hour prior to events or by appointment. 717.560.8241

Does the Trust offer any ticket discounts?

Seniors, Veterans & Military, Students, and Groups of 10 or more patrons receive a 10% discount when tickets are purchased in a single transaction. Student pricing is applicable for grades K-12, and any student currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degree program with valid student ID. Please be prepared to show valid proof of ID to collect any of these tickets  upon purchase, entry, and/or will-call. Season Members save 20% or more on an entire season! A You Pick 6 ticket package is available at 15% off.

Events presented in The Trust Performing Arts Center by other companies or organizations who are renting the Trust Performing Arts Center’s spaces are not eligible for Trust discounts. Example: Vital Theatre Company.

May I refund or exchange my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket exchanges are available up to 24 hours before an event for an $1/ticket exchange fee. Members are eligible to free ticket exchanges.

What happens if I arrive late for a performance?

Patrons who arrive late are seated at the discretion of house management and may be asked to wait at the doors until an appropriate break in the program. Patrons may be seated in a chair closest to the venue entrance until intermission. This policy is subject to change based upon the discretion of the House Manager or the specific requirements of the event.

Where can I park?

Parking is available for an hourly fee at the Hager Parking Lot and the Prince St. Garage. Street parking is free after 6pm and on Sundays throughout the city.

Is video recording or photography permitted?

Photography, Video, and Audio Recording without express written permission from management is strictly prohibited in keeping with law. Violators are subject to ejection from the premises and may be liable for money damages. Thank you for your compliance.

Can I rent space in the Trust building for a private event?

We are not currently accepting rental requests.
