The Lancaster International Piano Festival is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to the performance and teaching of classical music at the highest standard. Young aspiring pianists, Chamber Music lovers, teachers, amateurs, and piano lovers at large – all are invited to participate in this inspiring and informative ten-day program!
Performing works by Scriabin and Prokofiev as well as Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition, Aysylu Salyakhova joins us as our final guest artist of LIPF!
Aysylu Salyakhova was born in Ufa, Russia. She started to play piano when she was 6 years old in local music school in Moscow. In 2011, she entered the Academic Music College (High School) attached to the Moscow State Conservatory named after P. I. Tchaikovsky under professor Yuri Slesarev. Currently she continues her studies in the fourth year at the Moscow Tchaikovsky Conservatory under professor Yuri Slesarev.
Aysylu was a prize winner of International Piano Competition in Moscow “Allegretto Grazioso” in 2015, and “The Catholic University of America Piano Competition” in 2018, and a finalist of “International piano competition of Lyon” in 2016. She performed with the State Orchestra of Udmurtia in 2016. She performs in many concert halls in Moscow and Tambov.
