FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8 at 7 PM
What makes a town strong or weak? Why are so many towns and small cities struggling? What can be done to make Lancaster an even better place?
-
Some seem to have a proud sense of place. They pulsate with cultural energy and prosper financially.
-
Many others, however, feel depleted of energy, sufficient revenue, and creative momentum.
Or towns need Mr. Wright!
